01Which subjects and year levels do you support?
Aspire Academics offers Mathematics support for Grades 6–12, Science for Grades 6–10, Physics for Grades 11–12, and selected university and college Mathematics and Physics courses. Competition preparation and admissions guidance may also be available. Please enquire about the exact course or curriculum you need.
02Do you support Ontario, IB and AP courses?
Support is available for a range of Ontario curriculum, IB and AP Mathematics, Science and Physics courses. Course availability varies, so include the exact course name and level in your enquiry before booking.
03Are sessions available in person and online?
Yes. Enquiries can request online, in-person tutoring in Kitchener, or a hybrid arrangement. The most suitable option will depend on the student’s course, goals and current availability.
04Where are in-person sessions held?
In-person tutoring is offered at 61 Scots Pine Trail, Kitchener, Ontario N2R 0N6. Please confirm the session time before travelling to the location.
05Is tutoring one-to-one or group-based?
Tutoring is personalized around the learner’s current challenges and academic goals. Available session formats can vary, so the recommended arrangement will be confirmed during the initial consultation.
06How do I get started?
Submit the consultation form with the student’s grade or post-secondary level, subject, preferred delivery mode, availability and learning goals. Aspire Academics will review the enquiry and contact you to discuss fit and next steps before enrollment.
07How are fees determined?
Fees depend on the course, level, delivery format and selected package. Pricing and the recommended arrangement are discussed after the student’s needs have been reviewed. Payment and enrollment terms are confirmed before classes begin.
08What information should I include in my enquiry?
Include the student’s grade or program, exact subject or course, current challenges, goals, preferred online or in-person format, and general availability. For school-age students, a parent or guardian should complete the enquiry.
09What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Make-up availability and charges for missed sessions are governed by the current Terms and Conditions, which should be reviewed before enrollment.Read the full Terms and Conditions.
10Can I speak with someone before enrolling?
Yes. The first step is an enquiry so that the student’s needs, course, scheduling and suitable support can be discussed. You can use the consultation form, call, or send a WhatsApp message.
